Concept
A multi-layered spatial experience that redefines the urban scale on a human scale.
The 7-1 Project is a high-density yet breathable urban settlement that combines the fundamental principles of contemporary urban planning within a dense residential fabric intertwined with the landscape. Pedestrian-focused axes, public spaces surrounded by green spaces, and water features form a backbone of social interaction.
In terms of architecture, horizontally cascading office blocks create a cohesive silhouette with residential units located on the periphery. The modern combination of glass and metal creates a contrasting harmony with the soft texture of the landscape.
Layered commercial spaces, amphitheater-style social gathering spaces, and open space designs integrated with the topography transform the project beyond a typical residential complex into a vibrant urban space. 7-1 offers a compelling proposal for Tashkent's future urban evolution.
