AP Incekport

The AP İncekport Project was designed by Korucuoğlu Architecture for Şani İnşaat in 2024 on a 6,000 m² site in the developing and prestigious axis of Çankaya. Its modern architectural style, expansive façade design, and strong connection to public spaces make it a prominent living and commercial center, both in terms of urban scale and user experience.

The architectural design embraces an approach that emphasizes horizontal lines and maximizes natural light through transparent façade surfaces. Extensive glass panels and elegant eave details give the building both a contemporary appearance and an inviting atmosphere, while outdoor seating areas on the terraces offer users a spacious social experience accompanied by city views.

Restaurants, cafes, and commercial units on the ground floor connect directly to the street, creating a vibrant pedestrian flow. On the upper floors, expansive terraces foster social interaction and open spaces integrated with the landscape give the project a strong public identity. The harmony of natural stone textures, wood cladding, and metal details in the material selections creates a warm and high-quality architectural language.
