“Look at the rhythm of the city from above!”
Designed by Şani İnşaat in 2015, this project adds a bold and dynamic interpretation to Yenimahalle's evolving skyline. Built on a 43,500 m² site, the building, with its simple yet characterful lines, successfully represents the search for a new identity in residential architecture.
The building's form creates a V-shaped unity that opens to two sides, while the colorful line details and cantilevered projections on the façade inject a youthful energy into the design. The void in the center of the building's mass transforms the building into a breathtaking inner courtyard, which acts as a transitional space designed to provide both light and social interaction.
While commercial units are located on the ground floor, the residential volumes rising on the upper floors are supported by terraces and social amenities integrated with the landscape. This approach aims to provide users not only a functional living space but also an aesthetic and experiential atmosphere.
