The Aysoy Residence & Living Project, designed in 2025 by Korucuoğlu for Aysoy İnşaat in a prominent location in Çankaya, is a contemporary building complex that balances residential and commercial functions on a 28,000 m² site. Developed in its conceptual phase, the project aims to integrate the dynamism of urban living with a tranquil and comfortable lifestyle.
The vertically rising residential block creates an aesthetic silhouette with expansive balconies, façade-integrated greenery, and modern material combinations. The horizontally extending commercial spaces create a vibrant street-level vibrancy and social interaction. The extensive use of glass surfaces allows natural light to deeply penetrate the interior spaces, creating spacious living spaces.
