Concept
A contemporary axis flowing through the veins of the city: the line of intersection of function, form and sociality.
The Ibn Sina project was developed with a holistic design approach that brings together diverse living scenarios within the rapidly transforming urban fabric of Tashkent. Built on a vast 330,000 m² site, the project is shaped around a spine connecting residential, commercial, and public spaces.
The spatial organization creates an "urban corridor" that develops in parallel with pedestrian movement, offering a structure that reconnects the street-level experience with the city. Building blocks are positioned on either side of this corridor, optimizing permeability, public access, and microclimate.
The façade designs incorporate the simple language of contemporary architecture with the region's climatic characteristics, balancing mass movements with volumetric transitions. The project, with its use of natural tones and a variety of textures, avoids a monolithic appearance and proposes an architectural language that is integrated with its surroundings and sensitive to the human scale.
One of the most distinctive aspects of the project is not only the coexistence of different functions, but also their fluid interconnection. From commercial spaces to residential spaces, from public spaces to the open green spine, all elements are integrated to create a seamless architectural experience. This way, not just a structure but a "lifeline" is built.
