Rising in İncek, one of Ankara's developing residential districts, this building is not just a residential project but also a landmark that adds identity to its surroundings, thanks to its unique architecture, contemporary mass design, and balanced relationship with the surrounding area.

The project was designed with a hybrid layout concept, comprising three high-rise buildings and villa-style residences arranged around them. This creates a spatial structure that caters to different lifestyles, offering both vertical and horizontal living options. User-centered planning, spaciousness, natural light, and private space requirements were prioritized within the structure, aiming for maximum comfort in each unit.

The open space organization, supported by landscaped areas, walking paths, open rest areas, and recreational uses, offers users spaces where they can breathe, intertwined with nature, and softens the boundary between the built environment and nature. This transforms the project into not only a place for shelter, but also a holistic living space that combines the experiences of living, socializing, and relaxing.

The dynamic lighting design, activated at night, highlights the building's silhouette while also enhancing user safety and visual impact.
