Istanbul Bomonti

The project is located in the heart of Feriköy, a district known for its historical heritage, and aims to offer its residents all the advantages of urban living. Spanning a total area of 47,000 m², this building offers its residents both the privilege of being in the city center and the opportunity to experience a modern lifestyle.

The glass surfaces used on the building's façade are arranged to allow in the most efficient light, while vertical structural elements create an aesthetic rhythm and enhance the high-rise effect. The prominent pointed roof shape in the design gives the project an iconic silhouette, clearly distinguishing it from the surrounding building stock. Planted balconies and vertical gardens on the façade create spaces that provide users with a connection to nature and balance the stresses of city life.

Commercial spaces at ground level establish a strong connection with the street, while the ground floor, defined by transparent surfaces, offers users an open and inviting urban façade. The integration of green spaces and landscaping, seen in the project's perspectives taken from different angles, have been meticulously considered to ensure spatial continuity within the urban context.

Apartments located on the upper elevations face wide-open views, maximizing daylight, while social amenities are also available to residents. The building's form was shaped to optimally incorporate both views and sunlight into the interior spaces.

The design process, supported by 3D visualization and project drawings, provided users and investors with the opportunity to experience the lifestyle the project offers even before its completion. This 2017 residential project, for which Mustafa Aktaş is the client and project owner, is not just a residential building; it is also a design manifesto that has transformed the face of the area. This comprehensive approach contributes to the urban fabric in which the project is located and serves as an example for future urban living.
