Mirabad Urban Design

Developed for Hyper Finance Group on a massive site of approximately 2 million square meters in the Mirabad district of Uzbekistan, this urban design project reflects a multilayered spatial strategy. The project combines residential, commercial, public spaces, and social amenities, offering a comprehensive vision for the city's future. Pedestrian axes and green corridors along the main spine create a user-focused circulation organization.

Varied vertical building typologies balance both density and the urban skyline, creating living spaces that appeal to different social classes. Water features and monumental sculptural compositions at the center of the project create focal points, creating both orientation and a sense of identity. The master plan, which prioritizes the balance of hardscape and green space, allows for diverse day and night use scenarios. The permeability of the commercial, residential, and public interfaces within the streetscape promises an integrated life within the city.

The perspectives and axial layout created by the rhythmic placement of the masses support spatial continuity and direction, while the project's timeless, simple, yet impressive material language articulates the project as a contemporary layer within the city's memory.
