Developed adhering to horizontal architectural principles, the project constructs a single-story living scenario that seamlessly integrates with the ground floor. Facades defined by wide openings continuously connect the interior with the garden, while wood cladding and natural stone textures reinforce the warm and welcoming language the building establishes with its surroundings.
The interior-to-exterior living environment is complemented by large openings that allow maximum daylight, verandas that connect with the exterior, lawn areas, and a versatile landscaping. The indoor pool area and private relaxation areas on the lower floor transform the villa into more than just a residence; they become a living experience.
