Situated on a vast 57,500-square-meter site, the project represents a distinguished example of urban transformation with both its functional layout and aesthetic appeal. The design embraces a controlled separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, prioritizing user experience. The three-block residential development is planned with a high quality of life in mind and is complemented by social spaces. Open space uses such as landscaped areas, squares, and children's playgrounds have been enriched, strengthening the connection with nature. The commercial portion of the project is integrated into the sloping site in harmony with the residential areas, creating a stepped architectural design. This creates a structure that both integrates with the topography and creates a strong silhouette.

The façade design prioritizes simplicity, rhythm, and texture, while the use of sustainable materials and transparent surfaces maximizes daylight. Extensive balconies and terraces connect indoor living with outdoor spaces, creating spatial permeability.
