The towering symbol of Tashkent: a giant-scale residential complex combining modern living, prestige and smart urban planning.

Located on a 390,000 m² site in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, Abay Towers combines a modern urban vision with a strong architectural style and contemporary living solutions. Developed as a concept in 2019 for Farhod To'laganov, this project stands out with its high-density housing, social spaces, landscape design enriched with water features, and a layout that prioritizes urban integrity.

With its high-rise towers boasting iconic silhouettes, the project aims to be not only a living space but also a new center of attraction for the city. Supporting an active urban lifestyle with shopping and social interaction spaces at ground level, the design elevates the user experience with squares, walking paths, and water features. The glass facades and vertical massing play throughout the project embody both a modern aesthetic and permeability.

Abay Towers embraces the concept of contemporary housing not just as a building, but as a vision of living. This mega-project, integrated into the urban fabric,... It leaves an architectural mark on the future of Tashkent with the balance it establishes between functionality, aesthetics and scale.
