Akay City

This is a massive 125,000 m² residential project, developed by Akay Construction. Designed in 2018, this project aims to add value to its surroundings not only with its residential areas but also with its social amenities, commercial spaces, and architectural lines. The expansiveness of the project area and its multi-layered layout combine with green spaces that breathe new life into the high-density city, pedestrian-friendly transportation solutions, and details that prioritize user experience. Developed in accordance with the needs of the time, the project embodies a design language inspired by modern architecture, featuring clean lines, rich vertical forms, and façade movements. The structure's horizontal and vertical fractures break up monotony while strengthening the connection with the sky. Simplicity and clarity dominate daytime views, while nighttime lighting offers a new light composition to the city. The interior design combines elegance and function with marble textures, natural wood cladding, and geometric surface movements.

Accessibility features, such as the accessible platform elevator in the lobby, enhance the project's aesthetic appeal and inclusiveness. The spread of commercial spaces at ground level, with residential blocks rising above this level, provides a functional infrastructure that supports a variety of uses while also contributing to urban vitality. Social amenities, recreational terraces, landscaped courtyards, and interior spaces that create a plaza-like atmosphere offer residents not only a living space but also a lifestyle.
