Concept
A metropolitan symbol that marks the contemporary face of Tashkent with its timeless silhouette.
Akay Diamond Tower is a prestigious 136,500 m² mixed-use building located in Tashkent's newly developing axis. The project offers a spatial integrity that is harmonious with the urban fabric, thanks to the high-rise's integration into the city skyline and its strong relationship with the ground floor.
The layered organization in the massing form combines diverse functions such as office, residential, and commercial within an architectural balance. Bridges positioned at the mid-levels offer a striking solution in terms of both structural mobility and horizontal circulation. These horizontal transitions establish a visual and functional connection between the blocks.
The balance of transparent and opaque surfaces used on the façade maximizes daylight penetration into the interior, enhancing user comfort. Vertical rhythmic elements and glass panels used on the building's exterior create a modern surface language, while the graceful curve of the tower form lends the project a dynamic character.
In Tashkent's growing urban landscape, street-level commercial spaces, which maintain a human scale at ground level, directly participate in urban life. Akay Diamond Tower is poised to become one of Uzbekistan's iconic structures with its powerful silhouette and functional solutions that meet all the needs of contemporary urban living.
