Concept
A city tower that leaves a sharp mark on the city silhouette and is etched in memories with its geometric elegance.
Akay Pushkin, situated on one of Tashkent's new development axes, rises as a symbolic element of contemporary urban development. Built on an 85,000 m² site, this high-rise project challenges the classic vertical tower typology with its triangular roof and sloping terrace lines, creating a distinctive silhouette.
The reflective glass surfaces used in the façade design create a visual continuity between the building and the sky, while the outward prominence of the reinforced concrete load-bearing masses gives the building both dynamism and a defined architectural character. The terrace areas, designed with voids on the intermediate floors, serve both as social spaces and as green facade elements, thus attracting attention in terms of sustainability.
At the urban scale, the building offers a highly visible focal point from the main artery due to its location, while the public spaces designed at ground level establish an active relationship with the surrounding environment. Thus, Akay Pushkin is conceived not only as a skyscraper, but as a building integrated with the city, possessing a strong identity and presence.
