The project nourishes the surrounding high-density residential blocks with a horizontally expanding, permeable, and highly circulating commercial floor. Two-story shopping units, wide pedestrian axes, and interior courtyards that provide visual connection between floors ensure a continuous outdoor experience for the user. Palm trees and landscape islands create micro-shading against the hot climate while also creating an inviting texture at the street level. Ample parking facilitates the user experience without disrupting logistics flow. The material selection combines modern black aluminum profiles with transparent display surfaces, balancing commercial appeal with architectural simplicity.
