Botanical Park

The project was designed for a site in Batıkent, Ankara, opposite the first stop of the ongoing metro line. The project, comprised of commercial and residential areas, prioritized open space solutions. The open and semi-open shopping area was enriched with recreational and leisure areas, green spaces, and water features. The commercial area, conceived as a unified whole with the residential blocks, was also designed as an urban gathering and social activity area. The area, divided into two by the road, was connected by two arc-shaped ramps, each facing the other. A tram line, running along one of the ramps, was designed to provide both transportation within the area and connect to the metro station.
