Designed to respond to the dynamics of modern urban life, the project claims to be not only a living space but also a social hub.

The project reflects the aesthetic language of contemporary architecture by softening simple geometric forms with organic lines. While shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants are open to the public on the ground floor, the residential blocks on the upper levels are clearly separated from private living spaces. This multi-layered organization provides users with both a social environment and a lifestyle that preserves their privacy.

A particularly striking detail in the 3D visualizations is the iconic spherical structure located at the center of the project. With its translucent exterior and interior, this structure offers the flexibility to function as a digital art gallery, multi-purpose hall, or exhibition space. Such unique architectural touches elevate the project from an ordinary residential complex to a focal point on an urban scale.

The landscape design is just as meticulous as the architecture. Expansive green spaces surrounded by fluid walkways, water features, seating areas, and playgrounds add a breath of fresh air to residents' daily lives. Commercial spaces and open-air plazas have also created a dynamic urban fabric that lives at all hours of the day.
