A life and trade axis shaped by elegant geometries and integrated with the city.

Fema Beytepe is a mixed-use living proposal developed in 2019 as a concept project in the Çankaya district of Ankara, spanning an area of 18,000 m². Combining residential and commercial functions, the building complex is positioned along the main transportation axis with a linear massing organization, optimizing accessibility for both vehicle traffic and pedestrian circulation.

The location of the commercial units at street level directly engages the user with public life, while the residential units on the upper levels offer privacy and the advantage of views while interacting with the city. The façade design creates a strong rhythm with setbacks, recessed projections, and balcony geometries, and this modulation is enhanced with plant elements.

The balanced combination of dark panels, wood textures, and glass surfaces in the material language achieves a contemporary aesthetic, transforming the interior spaces into livable spaces bathed in natural light. Side streets, created by separating the building masses, prioritize pedestrian access and foster social interaction.

Fema Beytepe is not just an architectural structure, but a human-centered living scenario within controlled urbanization.
