The rectangular mass geometry is integrated into the triangular shape of the site, creating a layout strategy that respects the parcel's orientation and circulation flows. The relationship with the city is achieved through the pedestrian-friendly permeability of the building's facades and the ground-floor commercial units, while the upper-floor accommodation units maintain privacy and quiet.

Vertical sunshades on the façade create a dynamic rhythm throughout the building, giving it a dynamic character and filtering daylight to optimize interior comfort.
