Kardelen Plazas

Kardelen Plazas is a contemporary plaza project designed on Diyarbakır's thriving commercial axis, reflecting the pace and prestige of urban life. Situated on a vast 60,000 m² site, the project combines office, hotel, commercial units, and showroom spaces within a single spatial organization. Aiming to create a striking landmark on an urban scale, the design stands out with its strong formal language, dynamic façade design, and holistic planning.

The façade design blends the transparency of the glass surfaces with the rhythmic interweaving of the steel structure, emphasizing both a contemporary and corporate identity. The tall tower block houses office and hotel functions, while the wide horizontal masses house retail and showroom functions. The diagonal steel grid system running along the façade is an iconic architectural signature, ensuring the building's visual imprint.

The spatial organization, with its wide ground-level walkways, open seating areas, and landscaping elements, offers an inviting experience for the user. An interior courtyard and semi-open circulation spaces enhance opportunities for social interaction for both visitors and employees. Showrooms are designed with high ceilings, wide openings, and maximum visibility.
