Rising in Söğütözü, one of the most prestigious districts of Ankara, the Koç Towers are an iconic structure designed by Korucuoğlu Architecture and make a strong contribution to the city's iconic heritage.

Developed for Koç Holding, this project is not only a physical structure but also a strong representation of corporate identity and modern Turkish architecture.

Developed with a twin-tower concept, the design creates a striking impact on the city skyline with the clear, decisive, and contemporary lines of two vertically rising glass prisms. The structural connecting elements between the towers provide both visual rhythm and establish architectural unity between the masses. The façade glass, which blends with the sky during the day and the interior lighting at night, creates a dynamic nighttime silhouette.

The timeless geometry of the masses creates a decisive architectural character defined by clear lines. The building's scalable relationship with its surroundings defines it as a city icon. The building houses modern office functions while its lower-level social spaces foster interaction between users and visitors.

The Koç Towers' design has also attracted international attention, and its quality was recognized by receiving the "Highly Commended" award in the Commercial High-Rise Architecture Turkey category at the 2015–2016 European Property Awards.
