The Kıyıkışlacık Project is a private villa development that combines the unique topography of Milas's natural bays and olive grove-lined slopes with a contemporary design approach. Situated on a 6,500 m² site, the project privileges each residential unit with panoramic views from the sloping seafront terrain. The layout rises on terraced levels, following the natural slope while providing visual and auditory privacy from neighboring structures.
In the architectural language, view-oriented living spaces framed by expansive glass surfaces flood the interior with natural light and create a seamless visual connection with the exterior. Modern masses, accented with natural stone cladding, wooden vertical sunshades, and white lines, reinterpret the simple elegance of Aegean architecture with contemporary details.
The landscaping is inspired by the region's native flora, featuring bougainvillea, lavender, and olive trees, creating a strong connection between the building and nature. The outdoor swimming pool and social spaces overlooking the coast offer residents a vacation-like experience, while walking paths and terrace gardens provide residents with both social and private spaces.
