Designed on a large area of 40,000 m² in Beytepe, one of the rising areas of Yenimahalle, Lotus Beytepe Sky is a special project that combines high living standards with a modern residence typology.
The composition of the blocks at different elevations creates a living experience that opens to the sky. This project, named Lotus, aims to offer residents the comfort of an isolated life, accompanied by panoramic views while being close to the city center.
A horizontal courtyard layout, balancing the dynamism of the rising masses, is supported by social amenities and landscaping. The project is designed not only as a residential area but also as a living campus where daily life flows uninterrupted. The apartments maximize daylight with spacious terraces and glass surfaces extending along the facade, while a simple yet bold façade language that does not compromise architectural integrity has been chosen.
The social areas built around the residential blocks are supported by open sports courts, walking paths, children's playgrounds, and recreational terraces, ensuring users have access to open space at all times of the day. Every detail of the project aims for high-quality living and a strong sense of community.
Developed to offer a fresh perspective on residential living in Ankara, Lotus Beytepe Sky is a contemporary living vision, notable for its scale, spatial organization, and modern architecture.
