Concept
A city silhouette rising with the elegance of glass: Mia Ahmet Mumcu, the architectural expression of contemporary life.
Designed in 2018 on a spacious 38,000 m² plot in Altındağ, a rising star of Ankara's capital, the Mia Ahmet Mumcu Project offers an innovative solution to the needs of modern urban living. The project perfectly balances aesthetics with functionality, nature with the artificial, and commerce with living.
The high-rise's gracefully curved form adds an iconic touch to the skyline of its location, while the reflective glass panels used on the façade enhance the dynamic character of the building, changing with the light at all times of the day. These glossy surfaces not only reflect the energy of the city but also become a symbol of urban prestige.
The spacious commercial spaces located on the lower floors establish a strong connection with the street, encouraging pedestrian flow and fostering social interaction. These spaces not only offer a shopping experience but also enhance the feeling of socializing, gatherings, and being part of urban life.
The residences and office units on the upper floors of the building, with their commanding views of the city, aim for high living standards. The layered massing minimizes wind impact while offering panoramic views. The façade design, which emphasizes vertical lines, supports the building's strong presence.
Mia Ahmet Mumcu is not just a building; it is a living platform that symbolizes Ankara's vision of contemporary urbanization. Designed with every detail in mind for user comfort, aesthetic integrity, and urban identity, this project carries both functional and symbolic value.
