Mirkent Villa

The Mirkent Villa Project, located in Çankaya's prestigious residential district, was developed with a unique design approach that emphasizes the harmony of modern architecture and the natural environment. Located on a 2,500 m² site, the project offers a fresh interpretation of the luxury residential typology with its spacious interiors, open-plan living spaces, and façade design that integrates with the landscape.

The architectural form is shaped by simple geometries and clean lines, while natural stone cladding and extensive glass panels give the building both a timeless aesthetic and a strong visual connection to the surrounding area. The double-height entrance hall at the front facade welcomes visitors with a welcoming atmosphere. Extensive terraces and garden-level living spaces at the rear create a seamless transition between the interior and exterior.

The interior design features an open kitchen, dining, and living areas on the ground floor, supporting social life, while private bedrooms on the upper floor provide maximum privacy and comfort. Marble floors, warm wood textures, and metal accents create a balanced harmonious blend of materials.

The landscape design features mature trees and water features surrounding the villa, creating a natural sense of calm and spaciousness. Extensive glass surfaces allow daylight to be centrally located in the living spaces, while nighttime lighting elegantly emphasizes the building's architectural lines.
