Mode Office Business Center, located on Çankaya's thriving commercial axis, was designed to add a contemporary and powerful presence to the urban skyline. Rising on a 19,000 m² site, the building offers a functional hierarchy, with commercial units on the ground floor that integrate with the city and office floors on the upper levels, maximizing light through a transparent façade. The balanced ratio between the horizontal mass and the vertical block creates an inviting structure in terms of both scale and functionality.
The reflective effect of the glass in the façade design is enhanced by vertical lines in black and gray tones, creating a dynamic surface that constantly changes with the light. Large display windows and pedestrian-friendly front spaces at ground level draw users into the building, enhancing public interaction.
