Newport Residence was designed as a concept project that aims to shape future lifestyles within the rapidly developing and transforming urban fabric of Tashkent. Situated on a vast 450,000 m² site, the project creates a holistic living ecosystem with residential blocks, social spaces, commercial units, and rich landscaping. The spatial layout adopts a layout that balances pedestrian flow, public space use, and private privacy.
The architectural language combines the transparency of glass surfaces with the durability of natural stone to achieve a contemporary and enduring aesthetic. Metal details and modern façade lines make the project a prominent landmark in the urban skyline, while spacious living spaces and wide openings offer users maximum daylight and views. Flexible plan solutions have been considered in the interior design to adapt to diverse living scenarios.
The landscaped areas serve not only as visual complements but also as social interaction and recreational spaces. Water features, walking paths, recreational terraces, and thematic gardens are designed as living scenes that strengthen users' connection with nature. By establishing strong visual and functional connections with the surrounding area, the project aims to offer a tranquil, safe, and prestigious living space amidst the hectic pace of urban life.
Newport Residence, designed as a living island of its own scale within the city, combines the aesthetic values of modern architecture with sustainable design principles.
