Rising on the Eskisehir road within the dynamic texture of the capital Ankara, Nexus Tower began construction in 2015 as a determined representative of modern architecture.
With its sculptural form extending towards the sky, its sharp geometry, and its sophisticated façade language, it has become not just a building but an urban icon.
Wide-facing retail spaces at the ground level present a vibrant public face to the city, while the rising tower form offers a living model that vertically integrates office, residential, and social units. The project's lower base is planned to accommodate shopping, gastronomy, and social interaction, opting for a permeable structural language that integrates with urban life.
The facade composition, created with contrasting glass and dark-toned surfaces, allows maximum daylight into the building while leaving a bright mark on the city's skyline at night. Interrupted massing movements and terraces on the upper levels offer users a distinguished living experience accompanied by panoramic views of Ankara.
This ambitious design approach has garnered international acclaim, and Nexus Tower was awarded the "European Property Awards 2015-2016 – Retail Architecture Turkey." This prestigious award certifies the project's architectural quality and contribution to urban life on a global scale.
