Oran Residence is a high-rise residential project located in Oran, one of Ankara's prestigious residential districts, designed to combine modern urban living with comfort and aesthetics. Its positioning, which considers the urban context, offers a living experience that both commands the city view and integrates with the surrounding social amenities.
The massing design is based on a simple yet dynamic vertical composition. The façade language, enhanced by the contrast of gray and white tones, is supported by glass surfaces, creating spacious interiors. Integrated balconies both enrich the architectural rhythm and provide the user with an open-air experience.
The project's ground level is enlivened with retail and social spaces. Wide pedestrian axes, landscaping, and street furniture create a public space open to the surroundings. The upper levels feature social terraces, panoramic observation areas, and communal areas enriched with greenery.
