Located overlooking one of the clearest bays of the Aegean, Shelton Visalia is a contemporary living project that elegantly responds to Bodrum's coastal character, intertwined with nature.
Launched in 2025 under the Shelton brand, this complex aims to offer not just a residence but a living experience.
The building masses, distinguished by their architectural language, fluid façade movements, and soft organic forms, harmonize with the natural landscape, rise within an environmental setting enriched with tropical plants and palm trees. Layered balcony systems create spacious terraces for each apartment, creating semi-open spaces integrated with the exterior. Glass railings, which define the rhythm of the façade, are balanced with warm wood textures, and a design approach that maximizes daylight into the interior has been adopted.
Social amenities throughout the project have been planned with user comfort in mind. Common areas include a large swimming pool, multi-purpose sports courts, walking paths, and boutique landscaped islands, while bicycle and scooter parking areas, encouraging outdoor living, are integrated with sustainable transportation solutions.
Respectfully positioned within Bodrum's natural topography, Shelton Visalia offers a panoramic living by distributing the sea view equally across all facades, while also taking into consideration the principle of privacy with its building layout.
