Sisa Tower, built by Sisa Group in Çayyolu in 2016, is a contemporary urban structure that combines office, commercial and residential functions on an area of 54,000 m² and respects the urban fabric.

Located in Çayyolu, one of Ankara's planned development districts, Sisa Tower is an architectural project with strong functional and aesthetic values, completed by Sisa Group in 2016. Built on a vast 54,000 m² site, the building combines residential and office living with a robust public life at ground level.

The project's geometric façade language and tower form transform Sisa Tower beyond being a mere structure into an architectural landmark that shapes the district's skyline. The crystalline façade refractions, the interaction with light, and the form that simplifies as it rises, create a striking visual identity for the building, both day and night.

Through the commercial spaces and open space arrangements at ground level, Sisa Tower establishes a permeable relationship between its users and the surroundings. Cafés, shops, and outdoor recreational areas demonstrate that the building offers a lifestyle that is not only introverted but also open to the outside.
