Tepe Kule is an urban stance that opens the ground to the city as its lines extend upwards, with a strong function as well as form.

Located in Bahçelievler, one of Ankara's historic districts, Tepe Kule is a 36,500 m² contemporary building complex designed by Tepe İnşaat in 2016. Its architecture offers both respect and a bold contribution to the urban fabric.

The building's most striking feature is its tower form, defined by vertical lines that curve upward on the façade. These lines are not merely an aesthetic choice; they create surfaces that dance with light and a sense of graceful vertical movement. The structure seems to rise "softly yet decisively" from the ground level.

Tepe Kule aims to establish a transitional relationship with its surroundings through its flat, ground-level public spaces. Shopping, gastronomy, and social interaction areas are located at this base, serving both the building's users and urban life at the neighborhood level.

Striking a balance between monumentality and everyday life in terms of both its location and design language, the project makes a quiet yet decisive contribution to Bahçelievler's modernization process. The façade language obtained by combining glass and vertical panels is an indicator of an attitude that plays with timelessness.
