Unsal Group's İncek Project was designed as an iconic mixed-use complex, blending residential, commercial, and social spaces in seamless harmony across a vast 262,000 m² site. Curved and layered façade movements emphasize the buildings' elevation, while the simple combination of glass and metal offers a contemporary aesthetic. The open public spaces at the heart of the project integrate with the landscape, providing users with a strong connection to both the city and nature. Wide squares supporting pedestrian flow create a seamless transition to social spaces integrated with commercial axes, while the towers' positioning prioritizes the optimization of natural light and views. High-performance glass surfaces and fine metal details used in the material selection allow for deep daylight penetration into the interior spaces and reinforce the building's contemporary and prestigious identity.
