View Towers Dikmen

Nestled within the sloping topography of Çankaya, View Towers has become a new landmark in the Ankara cityscape with its twin towers situated on a 55,000 m² site. The façade rhythm, created by gray-anthracite façade panels and red vertical stripes, provides both dynamism and a somewhat monolithic presence. The connection between the ground and upper levels of the building is facilitated by parking ramps, stairs, and stepped green spaces, adapting both vehicular and pedestrian circulation to the topography. The water features and social amenities in the courtyard stand out as human-scale interventions that balance the harshness of tower life. The architectural design aims to create a spacious, legible, and accessible living space despite the high-density construction.
