“Sharp Lines, Clear Goals.”

Designed in 2012 with the vision of YDA İnşaat and planned to rise in Söğütözü, one of Ankara's most prestigious locations, YDA Sapphire is not just a skyscraper project; it is a complex of structures that redefine the urban skyline.

Planned on a vast 270,000 m² site, the project transcends conventional vertical living patterns, bringing form and function together on a new axis. Sapphire's characteristic façade combines sharp geometric lines, crystal-cut surfaces, and the use of modern materials, creating not just a building but a city icon.

YDA Sapphire's design, rather than establishing a vertical relationship with the city, creates a language that reads and redefines it. The seemingly overlapping masses are not merely aesthetic choices; they are planned for shading, landscape optimization, and maximum efficiency in interior spaces.

The extensive commercial spaces, public passages, and inner courtyards located at ground level demonstrate that the project focuses not only on the "upward" but also on the "downward"—the user experience.

YDA Sapphire's unique façade design is a sophisticated alternative to the traditional glass-tower concept. The façade panels, refracted at different angles, reflect sunlight at different angles at different times, giving the building a face that changes throughout the day. This transforms Sapphire into more than just a building; it's a living organism.
